Effective August 28, 2026. This notice covers the Next Raid website and closed-alpha waitlist.
What we collect
When you request alpha access, we collect the email address you enter. You may also choose to provide your primary game mode, experience level, and one short product-research answer. We store bounded campaign parameters and the referring page so we can understand which launch links work. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field.
Why we use it
We use this information only to manage the Next Raid closed alpha, contact you about access, and understand aggregate interest in the product. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, build advertising profiles, or use it for an unrelated newsletter.
Legal basis and retention
You provide the information voluntarily when asking for alpha access. You can withdraw that request at any time. We keep waitlist records only while the closed-alpha programme is active or until you ask us to delete yours, then remove or anonymise them unless a longer period is required by law.
Service provider and transfers
Cloudflare hosts this website and the waitlist database on our behalf. Network and security processing may occur in the regions described by Cloudflare's service terms. The first release does not use session replay, advertising pixels, or a third-party product analytics SDK.
The Windows app
The current Next Raid app keeps its core planning data on the player's device. It can read recognised quest lifecycle messages from local Escape from Tarkov logs, without storing copies of raw logs. The optional screenshot workflow observes game-created filenames and does not read or upload screenshot pixels. The app does not request game credentials, inspect the stash, intercept game traffic, or read game memory.
Your choices
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your waitlist record, or withdraw your request to join the alpha. Depending on where you live, additional data-protection rights may apply.
